National Account Manager - Grocery Home Based What the job entails This is a great chance to own the relationship we have with our big name customers. It's a critical, highly strategic role that combines building relationships with a clear commercial element. It will be down to you to take responsibility for P&L as well as for joint business plans and negotiations. And because you'll be looking after such a complex, high margin category, you can expect a huge amount of support from our marketing teams. Who we're looking for You'll need plenty of blue-chip FMCG experience – certainly in grocery and ideally in food. You will be currently managing a major grocery account and have a proven track record of success. Sound commercial skills are an absolute must here, and you'll be at your best when you're working under pressure in a really fast-paced environment. You're tenacious and resilient but you also know how to negotiate with others. Fantastic category management skills are essential and you have an outstanding drive for achieving results. |
