Range and Space Analyst Hayes

What the job entails

Could you dream up and roll-out a whole range of market-leading merchandising initiatives? Initiatives that make full use of all our category, shopper and customer insights so we can add real value and maximise our profits? Then this could be the perfect job for you.

It will be down to you to develop relationships with our Sales and Marketing teams internally as well as retailers externally to shape merchandising decisions. It goes without saying that you'll need to take the lead on our category management range and merchandising proposals, identifying the right strategies, instilling best practice principles and making sure we never stop improving when it comes to our visible space, listings and availability.

Who we're looking for

Whether you come from a retail background or a similar branded FMCG business, you'll need practical experience of space planning software, ideally using Pro-Space or JDA. You should also be ahead of the game when it comes to range and merchandising, both internally and externally. You may be working as an Activations Manager or in Customer/Trade Marketing currently, looking for your next new challenge.

An outstanding project manager, you know how to plan, organise, present and negotiate. You have a real drive for results and a strong eye for detail. And you're a natural leader with a real knack for influencing people at all levels.
