Due to an ambitious expansion plan they are now looking to expand their senior management team and looking for a highly experienced multi site manager to join their business.

Your role will encompass managing standalones and concessions from London down to the south coast, therefore you must be based in and around these locations.

Managing a high profile and large turnover area your role will involve managing your managers, paying close attention to costs, stock packages, product, staffing and training and development. You will be expected to drive sales and KPI's, recruit the right people into the business, guarantee standards are met, oversee the opening of new sites and ensure your area is profitable.

You will have a proven track record in area/regional or district management working for a fast paced and high volume fashion clothing retailer. You will have strong commercial and operational skills, be hands on in your management style and possess great organisational and communication skills. You will have a great eye for fashion and thrive in this environment with a real determination to succeed.
