Area Support Manager- Up to £40,000 â€" London

An excellent opportunity for an Area Support Manager has arisen with a leading high street fashion retailer. They are a fast-paced, footwear fashion brand and are currently looking to fill an Area Support role across the London region.

The role will involve training & development of store teams and driving sales, service and key initiatives within the business. You will need to ensure maximum profitability and standards for your area through sharing best practice and upholding brand values.

This role requires a strong and proactive individual who is already working within a fast-paced fashion business. You may be currently managing a large or flagship store, have provided previous area support or be an existing Cluster/Area Manager. You must have a proven track record of strong performance, a strong customer service ethic and excellent coaching and motivational skills.
