Assistant General Manager - £40k+Exc Bonus and Benefits - Oxfordshire
We currently have an exciting and challenging role to work in their flagship outlet store in Bicester, Oxfordshire as Assistant General Manager.
Managing a very large team and turnover in an extremely fast paced environment, you will be a strong support to the GM, overseeing your Department Managers, driving sales and customer service, ensuring you have the right product at the right time, making key commercial decisions and ensure the store is ran successfully.
You will have a retail management background at a senior level where you have managed large teams and turnover for a well known fashion/lifestyle retailer.
You will have excellent commercial and communication skills, be proactive, hardworking, highly organised and with very strong leadership skills.
