Assistant Merchandiser Homeware - £30k+Bonus and great Benefits - London

With a loyal following and excellent reputation for quality and service, we currently have a great opportunity to join the merchandising department on homeware.

Your main responsibilities will include developing and presenting annual financial plans, forecasting business based on changes in strategies or business climate and managing inventory to support updated forecasts.

Your role will involve pre season planning, in season tactical adjustments, presenting quarterly financial projections, collaborating with the buying team on quarterly buys, presenting assortment and financial projections, preparing fiscal plans, forecasting sales, margins and inventory, planning and projecting basic and key item styles and reviewing inventory at a seasonal level.

With a merchandising/planning background for a homeware retailer you will be able to deliver strong presentations, possess excellent problem solving skills, have sound communication and interpersonal skills, be able to develop relationships within teams, enjoy training and development, be proficient in Excel, Word and Arthur, or another similar planning system and also preferably have a Bachelors degree.
