Associate Planner- up to £34,000 plus Benefits (highly competitive) - Hertfordshire Based

My client is a prestigious, high end fashion and lifestyle retailer with standalones, outlets and corners around the world.

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join their head office team in Hertfordshire as an Associate Planner for their outlet stores across Europe.  Managing a small team, the main aspect of this role is to develop, manage and achieve financial plans for product area. Targets include sales, gross margin and inventory turn.

Key accountabilities include;

To develop annual financial plans, based on history, product trend and corporate goals.

Strategic and tactical adjustments where you will deliver excellent problem solving skills, being able to foster relationships with other members of the cross functional team.

With a background in a similar role for a fast paced, high volume fashion retailer, you will demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills, be a strong trainer and developer and have key strengths in leading and negotiating.
