It takes a strong Brand Manager to deliver good growth in a successful category, but to take good to great, we need someone exceptional.
As Brand Manager (Product Manager) you will be responsible for the day to day brand management activities as part of the marketing team.
The Brand Manager will work with the Marketing Manager to deliver annual Marketing Plans that enable the soup category to achieve growth, profit, and market share objectives.
The Brand Manager will lead the development and implementation of several initiatives in the plan to drive business growth.
You will be targeted on delivering annual volume and profit targets for your brand, developing and creating ambitious growth and the implementation of NPD initiatives through to successful launch using all elements of the marketing mix.
To be successful in this role you must be creative, analytical and numerate and possess good formal and informal communication skills. You must be able to demonstrate an ability to persuade, motivate and lead others at all management levels and functions. Excellent organisational skills, project management and knowledge of the formulation of innovation strategies is vital. You must be able to demonstrate strategic thinking on branding and innovation and have a professional passion to really understand consumers and brands in order to create consumer insights that will assure distinctive and consumer relevant innovation. You should be energetic and have a positive `can do' attitude to challenges.
Previous experience within an FMCG environment at Brand Manager level is essential.
