An excellent opportunity has arisen within an established retail client who is seeking a buying manager to join their dynamic team in Middlesex to assist with an increase in work force

The successful Food Buying Manager must have demonstrable experience of managing strategic change projects and influencing teams to change actions and behaviours. In addition you will be able to add value on a day to day basis through your ability to drive category strategy and deliver tactical solutions. You will be someone who has the skills to influence communicate at all levels and will be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the whole supply process

Skills: Buying skills, Commercial skills, change management, strategic skills Negotiation and influencing skills, leadership and coaching skills, customer focus and will thrive in a fast paced environment.
