As a key lead within the category team, you will manage an entire product area and relationship between the grocer and this leading dairy business. This exceptional and unique opportunity will allow the successful individual to own insight, category strategy and NPD implementation, to maximise and profitable growth and budget delivery for one of the most high profile categories in the business. Your role will include developing robust customer relationships, owning relevant product insights, executing customer marketing projects instore and owning relevant NPD projects.
Successful candidates will come with a track-record of success within FMCG category management in a branded/own label environment. Experience with a Grocery customer would be a distinct advantage. Strong negotiation and presentation skills are essential. A genuine flair for building strategic customer relationships and multi-level networking are a must. You will have a demonstrable understanding of category management processes and the role of trade marketing. The importance of working as part of a cross-functional team, empowered to execute the brand plans, will come as second nature to you.
