Country Manager - Up to £40k+potential £10k Bonus and Generous Benefits - London

Selling a stylish, high quality product this brand has a reputation for high levels of customer service and we are now recruiting for an experienced Country Manager to help set up, open and oversee their new Covent Garden store along with their two existing stores in London.

Your role will involve recruitment, training and development of your team, retail and visual standards, key commercial and operational decisions, driving sales and delivering the highest levels of service, stock issues and staff motivation.

You will have a background in area management or senior store management, overseeing a central London flagship for a ladieswear retailer, preferably in mid market or luxury.  You will have a great understanding of trends and fashion and a profile to reflect that, with a confident personality. You will be capable of working on your own initiative, be commercial and sales focused with a strong emphasis on customer service.
