Customer Acquisition Manager - up to £45,000 - Hampshire

A very exciting Customer Acquisition Manager role has arisen within this hugely successful food business, based in Hampshire.   With an immediate start, I'm looking for a strong marketing communications professional to deliver acquisition targets in line with business objectives.

With one direct report, the successful person for this position will have some experience within the digital area (desirable) and experience in implementation of communications including PR, TV, Radio and Direct Marketing (essential).  Joining the team at an exciting time, you would be responsible for managing all marketing activity, managing external agencies and working closely with operational teams.  You will be an effective communicator, comfortable briefing internal teams and gaining buy-in from stakeholders.

I'm looking for a team player with stacks of initiative that is happy to hit the ground running in this exciting role.  Attention to detail, energy and drive are all essential to be successful within this team.

Skills and requirements:

• Degree level qualifications or equivalent
• Experience with FMCG or retail brands highly desirable
• Relevant marketing experience, either in house or agency side
• Experience in development of ATL and integrated campaigns
• Experience in the management of digital marketing activity is advantageous but not essential
