Customer Marketing Manager - Interim 6 Month Contract - Based London - Immediate Start

My client is a market leader within their category. On their behalf I am recruiting for an excellent interim opportunity within their customer marketing team.

This Interim Customer Marketing/Category Manger will work as part of the commercial team providing analysis and category insight to drive, develop and implement the category strategy. You will be someone who can present and influence to internal and external teams to ensure sales, profit and customer service targets are delivered. This is a customer facing position so this person will have experience of presenting to the customers.

To be successful in this role the candidate must have:

• Considerable FMCG commercial experience, preferably a track record in delivering inspiring category solutions
• Proven strategic, creative and analytical abilities
• Proven knowledge and experience in category management within a branded FMCG business
• Strong numeracy, analytical and data interpretation skills
• Have experience of IRI/Neilson/TNS data
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Highly effective influencer & team player.
• Confident, assertive with previous experience of face to face communications with retailers
