Distribution Manager - £50,000 - £60,000 + package - Northamptonshire
An outstanding opportunity for a Distribution Manager to join a leading manufacturing group that operates at the forefront of its peer group. They have a passion for innovation and are committed to pushing the boundaries through people development and aggressive growth. As a result of this they are now seeking to recently a highly talented logistics professional to one of their key distribution centres, based in East Midlands.
The successful Distribution Manager will come from a blue-chip FMCG background and previously have been responsible for around 100 personnel through which you must be able to demonstrate significant efficiency improvements achieved through their development. You will be tasked with delivering stretch targets across a complex supply chain through an ever changing customer base. As a result you will need to be a highly innovative individual who is capable of thinking strategically but also operating in the day to day.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly driven and talented individual who has the desire and motivation to test themselves in highly demanding environment for one of the best food manufacturing groups there is. We are seeking somebody who has the stretch and potential to achieve senior positions in the future.
