An outstanding opportunity for an Engineering Manager to join one of the UKs leading manufacturing group who are committed to pushing the boundaries within food. With a commitment to quality and further investment across the group over the past few years the business is now in a prime position to move forward. As a result of this, they now want to recruit a Engineering Manager for one of their sites in Yorkshire

The successful Engineering Manager will come from an FMCG background and previously have been responsible driving performance within a large complex manufacturing site. This role is key to the future success of the site; the role will focus on delivering a competitive advantage, ensuring optimal site performance by undertaking a complete analysis of the site's engineering strategy and its interaction with the rest of the business. Responsible for a multi-functional engineering team, you will create a results orientated culture based on empowerment and continuous improvement with clear lines of responsibility and accountability. Your key remit is to develop your team into a driven, cohesive unit, able to liaise effectively with other functions to achieve business-wide targets.
