General Manager - to £39k+Excellent Bonus and Benefits - Kent

My client is a high fashion, fast paced retailer that sets trends on the high st and has an excellent following. With stores across all towns and cities, they continue to expand and grow the business, leading other high st fashion retailers.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced General Manager for their £7M turnover Bromley store.

With a headcount of around 70 sales staff and 4 Managers reporting into them this is a challenging and extremely fast paced role.

You will be responsible for driving sales, recruitment, training and development, ensuring standards are met, overseeing visuals, driving KPI's, key commercial decisions, stock control of your store and ensuring the store managed successfully.

With a store/area management background for a high st fashion retailer you will have managed a turnover of at least £5m, managed large teams and have the energy and enthusiasm to work in a demanding environment.

You will possess excellent organsiational and communication skills along with strong commercial and time management skills. You will be capable of working on your own initiative and have a real determination to succeed.
