Global Brand Marketing Manager, £38,000 - £42, 000 + benefits, South East England
My client is looking for an innovation-savvy brand marketer who can design and mould strategy and comms before rolling that out through worldwide regional managers.
Innovation - you will be adept at growing brands within the food and beverage arena using exciting, well executed comms as well as NPD programmes that entice and connect with the consumer
Communication - you will be used to interacting with stakeholders vertically in the business as well as with your peers in International markets hence you will demonstrate gravitas, understanding and cultural subtlety.
Drive - you will want to work in a challenging environment on an up-and-coming brand that is fighting for voice and share in the marketplace
Mobility - you will be expected to travel within the
UK
(to R&D sites) as well as internationally at least once a month
Intellectual rigour - you will be responsible for your `own business' in a sense that you will tackle problems from a 360 degree perspective, use an entrepreneurial viewpoint and add creativity to the mix.
Autonomy - you must be self motivated and demonstrate the ability to think on your feet, produce outstanding results and work effectively without direction.
