Interim National Account Manager - Top 4 - Up to £45k plus benefits - North West
Innovative, dynamic and growing, this is a medium sized business unit within a recognised leading blue-chip. Our client enjoys a reputation for strong sales growth (+13%YoY), brand leadership and product innovation. Whilst the company is one of the strongest market performers, there is still huge potential within the category and opportunity for further brand and license development.
Due to maternity leave, our client now needs a Top 4 Business Account Manager to realise their ambitious growth plan and develop the successful relationship further. Ultimately you will manage the account both strategically and financially. You will also be responsible for the continued development and motivation of a National Account Executive and a Category Manager.
Naturally, with current market conditions, the demands on you will be high but with a strong NPD pipeline for launch this year, you will be integral to the progression of the account as opposed to many interim holding roles. Classically trained, you will need to demonstrate considerable success within the grocery industry and will be experienced in Sales or Category Management ideally with a Top 4 retailer, but do not be put off if you currently operate across the Secondary multiples and aspire to this role.
