Menswear Floor Manager - to £38k basic plus Excellent Bonus and Benefits - London

We are currently looking to recruit 2 key Managers within their Bond St flagship to work on menswear.

These roles will be managing the mens casualwear department or mens formalwear and made to measure where you'll be overseeing a small but highly experienced team in driving sales, ensuring your department runs efficiently and sales are achieved.

Added responsibilities will include recruitment, training and development, stock control, customer service inititatives and organising and overseeing promotions and events.

You will have a retail management background in menswear, either in the luxury market with made to measure experience or for a well known upper high st/mid market retailer, working in a fast paced and challenging environment.

You will be immaculately presented with high retail standards, commercial, highly motivated, hardworking and passionate with very strong communication and leadership skills.
