National Account Executive - circa £28k + car allowance and package - London
One of the UK's best known Health & Beauty businesses is looking for an ambitious and bright National Account Executive to join its luxury team, based in South West London. With responsibilities including support to the National Account Manager for major accounts and effectively managing smaller retail groups on a day to day basis, this role is a great opportunity for a junior NAE looking to take a step up.
With customers including Harvey Nichols, Harrods, Boots, John Lewis and House of Fraser, previous health & beauty/luxury experience will be advantageous, but this role is also a foot-in-the-door for any FMCG account executive with a passion for the sector. A day in this role may include:
Visiting accounts and presenting as required on launches / ranges / marketing activities
Working with the visual merchandising team to brief on planograms pertaining to smaller groups
Ad hoc projects as briefed by NAM/ National Account Controller
Responding to queries from respective accounts and internal teams in a timely and effective manner
You will demonstrate a strong understanding of building and maintaining account relationships, and marketing mechanics in a retail environment, and have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Coupled with great collaborative skills, you will enjoy taking ownership of projects and working independently to devise solutions. As with all successful account managers, you will be able to prioritise your time well, work to tight deadlines and thrive in a results-focussed environment.
