As one of the market leading chilled food manufacturing groups, our client's reputation is second to none. Currently the group is experiencing a period of unprecedented growth. As such, they are seeking to recruit a National Account Manager to be based out of one of their sites in East Anglia. This person will play a key role in the future success of the business and it's on going development.
Reporting into the Head of Commercial you will be tasked with the ownership of a top retail account and be responsible for designing and delivering growth strategies accordingly. You will also be expected to deliver on budget, uncover new business, forecast, over exceed on profit targets and through optimising the present customer base.
Skills: account management, sales, retailer, negotiation.
The successful candidate will be somebody who has a proven track record of working in partnership with the retailers and posses a customer first mentality. You will need to be innovative and creative, which should be combined with a strong commercial acumen and be capable of developing a strategic vision for the future.
