My client manufacturers some of the most instantly recognisable brands in the food industry and has a reputation as an employer that is second to none. Because of this they have a highly sought after reputation within the sector. As part of their future growth plans they are now seeking to recruit a Site Manager, based in the Midlands.

Reporting into the Site Manager, the Operations Manager has to have operated within a blue-chip FMCG food environment that is retail focused, high volume and multi-SKU. The site employs around 300 people and therefore you will need to have managed a similar level of resource across engineering, production and supply chain functions. The business is focussed in the delivery of true lean manufacturing and experience in this area is paramount.  The business also has a variety of projects planned for the next year, so project management experience is essential.
