Operations Manager - £26k+Bonus and Bens - Oxfordshire
My client is a luxury fashion and lifestyle retailer, leading the high end market. Famous for its high quality product and luxurious environments, this brand continues to grow and expand in the UK and overseas.
We currently have an opportunity for an Operation Manager to work in their highly successful and fast paced flagship store in Bicester, Oxfordshire.
This role supports the communication and execution of the corporate retail strategy within their department; drives a `customer first' culture and leads the team to maximise store / department performance and profitability both in the short and long term.
Experience/qualities required include a track record of successfully leading teams and managing volume / turnover of a similar size,a track record of operational success with strong numerical skills, goal and action oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and balance priorities,customer and people focused with the ability to develop and implement excellence in customer service,excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
