As part of their future growth plans they are now seeking to recruit an Operations Manager to one of their flagship facilities, based in the Midlands.

Reporting in to the Site Manager, as Operations Manager you will be responsible for developing a multifunctional team of around 300 people to the achievement of manufacturing excellence. You will need to leverage your experience in lean manufacturing and empowering people to take the site to the next level, exceed customer expectations and develop your staff's skills and potential. We are seeking an innovative strategic thinker who has a passion for delivering results.
