An excellent opportunity has arisen with a leading UK charity. They are a long established and respected organisation with great career opportunities and are now seeking a Regional Manager to oversee retail operations across the South of England.
The successful Regional Manager will lead a team of approximately 7 Area Managers and several further support staff. You will have responsibility for training & development, driving key initiatives and procedures within the business and hold full P&L accountability.
This role requires a strong and proactive individual who is strategic, confident and experienced within the charity sector. You must have a proven record of driving sales and profit, extensive management experience and an understanding of volunteer services. As well as leading and developing your team, you will be required to take on additional regional responsibilities such as sourcing new sites, managing budgets and developing brand awareness. You must therefore have a strong all-round operations understanding.
