Resourcer - £14,000 to £18,000 (depending on experience) + excellent commission scheme - Leeds, West Yorkshire

As part of our continued growth we are looking for Resourcers to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for working alongside consultants to source candidates for specific roles. Taking a quality led approach; you will be responsible for identifying the best people in the market and have a pivotal role in ensuring that the right candidates are presented to clients.

The role is ideal for a tenacious, enthusiastic, organised individual who has excellent problem solving skills. This role is ideal for individuals who want to have a fast paced rewarding and challenging career in a culture that is down to earth, dynamic, friendly and ambitious. Specific Resourcing experience would be an advantage or alternatively sales experience.  In addition it would be ideal to have either retail or FMCG work experience or a consumer related degree.
