Pivotal to the direction of the business, this role is accountable for the direction and delivery of the trading infrastructure & delivery of sales commercial systems and support function. You will lead a large cross functional team to develop the vision & strategy to deliver customer trading terms, base pricing, operational management of trade funds and key financial goals.
This role also is about establishing clear strategies for the delivery of relevant business/trade insights and sales reporting. Leadership of strategic and tactical initiatives that reduce the company's "pricing corridors" including JBP investment. Design & lead Marketing &
Category Development
Group on target cost-pricing requirements, NPD and Cost Of Goods Increases as required.
In order to be successful in this role you will be a strong strategic thinker able to lead the Sales Organisation in key areas of accountability, setting business goals and priorities for team.
Highly developed and proven knowledge of large FMCG organisations with experience of managing large teams within a Sales/Customer Service environment. Highly motivated and driven to deliver efficiencies within the financial and transactional activities with customers.
Intuitive awareness of the requirements and interdependencies of each business function with the ability to build and leverage relationships. Extensive knowledge of Sales, Category Development & Trade Marketing. Knowledge of financial process and supporting controls and audit processes.
