Senior Buyer - £45,000 -£60,000 + package - London

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a hugely successful retail business for a Senior Buyer. This is a highly creative and innovative retailer that has a strong presence on the UK high street. They are expanding rapidly and require an experienced Senior Buyer to assist in the growth of the business.

The successful Senior Buyer will deliver a commercially focussed and balanced product range that meets customer needs and delivers targeted sales and profits. You will be someone who has excellent product development skills as well as a natural talent for spotting trends and market opportunities. Extensive experience of direct Far East sourcing is essential and the role will oversee a team of around 4 -5 so previous line management experience is also required. You will need a solid background in retail buying, ideally with a creative product.

Required: Range planning, creativity, product development, commerciality, negotiation and influencing skills, retail experience, cross functional working, sourcing skills, management skills & strong presentation skills
