An excellent opportunity has arisen within this extremely successful, leading fashion company. Due to expansion we are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Merchandiser to work on their high fashion range.
Your main responsibilities will be merchandise planning-participating in seasonal brand planning meetings, developing seasonal range plans for the brand and converting branch sales plans, performance monitoring-management of stock levels, ensuring that the OTB and stock targets are not exceeded, reviewing stock, sales and gross profit performance, sell through for seasonal product, overseeing stock movement, recommending in season price increases, determining promotional and clearance mark down, overseeing shipping and achieving forecasted stock turn.
You will have experience at the same level for a footwear, fashion or accessories retailer.
To apply for the role you should already be an established Senior Merchandiser or Merchandising Manager within another blue chip fashion retailer or brand, with experience of managing a team, range planning, developing promotional and markdown strategy and management of OTB. You will have a proven and solid traditional career path in Merchandising to a Merchandiser Level within a retailer or brand.
You will be extremely confident, ideally with a strong character & personality. You will also be articulate, motivated and work in an autonomous way.
