Store Manager - £27k plus OTE £5k bonus and Excellent Benefits - London

My client is a high fashion mid market ladieswear retailer with stores around the world and is now expanding in the UK.  Selling a stylish, high quality product this brand has a reputation for high levels of customer service and we are now recruiting for an experienced Store Manager to help set up, open and run their new Covent Garden store.

Your role will involve recruitment, training and development of your team, retail and visual standards, key commercial and operational decisions, driving sales and delivering the highest levels of service, stock issues and staff motivation.

You will have a background in retail management for a ladieswear retailer, preferably in mid market or luxury, but will also be capable of working in a fast paced environment.

You will have a great understanding of trends and fashion and a profile to reflect that, with a confident personality. You will be capable of working on your own initiative, be commercial and sales focused with a strong emphasis on customer service.
