Our client:

  • We are working with a trusted provider of regulatory and compliance advice to the Food & Drink and Retail sectors
  • They work collaboratively with their clients to provide expert advice, training, and consultation services across all aspects of food law, product innovation, new market expansion; to ensure clients & end consumers make safe, informed choices
  • They are now recruiting a Client Relationship Manager to support one to the UK’s leading Food Retailers, and co-ordinate all aspects of the day to day service delivery and support to their internal teams.

 

The role:

  • As Client Relationship Manager you be responsible for delivering a professional service to the client, internal & external stakeholder management advising them with ‘Right First Time’ information
  • Surrounded by a versatile team of experts with a unique blend of manufacturing, retail, enforcement and commercial experience to provide advice, you will nurture the client relationship, optimise opportunities and deliver against identified targets
  • Key will be building a client partnership mentality, always seeking to consolidate connections and build confidence & trust within the client base in order to grow client advocacy and seek out opportunities for expansion and development of the service provided

 

Ideal candidate:

  • Ideally, you’ll have operated within a project management and customer relationship management focused role in the Food Industry so have an understanding of food / providing a technical service
  • We are looking for an approachable, pro-active, organised and resilient individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will need the ability to communicate effectively, in a friendly and straightforward manner, prioritising your own workload to meet deadlines.
  • You should excel at developing professional client relationships, ensuring the needs of the client are met.

 

Benefits & details:

  • c£30k plus package
  • This will be based in the retailer Head office and once establish should be 2-3days a week onsite, with the remainder WFH.
