The role:

  • A New Business Manager for Europe
  • Will be responsible for opening up dialogue and new business relationships
  • Works with cross functional teams across the globe to find innovative flavour solutions
  • Is about creating long lasting commercial relationships with the biggest food and drink manufacturers
  • Handles huge tenders, so will be extremely commercial

 

Ideal Candidate:

  • A ‘hunter’ profile with experience in the Ingredients sector
  • Will have worked with blue-chip food and drink manufacturers
  • Have proven new business wins throughout their career
  • Be extremely commercial and analytical
  • Must communicate internationally and cross functionally so strong communication skills are key
