Sales Development Executive – OOH & Grocery


Office based Central London – c3 days a week


Salary range is c£30k (dependent on experience) plus package

The Role:

  • We are recruiting a Sales Development Executive to focus on developing the Out of Home Retail channel and supporting Grocery
  • You would manage existing business within the Impulse channel with the goal to grow revenue through proactively collaborating & nurturing current customers which include Holland & Barrett, Wholefoods and Selfridges.
  • A big part of the role will be proactively targeting new business across Out of Home, specifically High Street and Petrol & Travel target customers which are perfect fit for this impulse snacking brand.
  • Supporting the Head of Sales you will also get some Major Grocery exposure customer management, supporting through sales tracking and analysis and account support such as NLFs/promotional proposal forms.
  • Finally, you’ll be a brand ambassador, attending out of home retail events and trade shows where appropriate, and living and breathing core values.


Ideal Candidate:

  • What is really important to this business is having an individual who has lots of energy, proactiveness and a passionate for be part of a growing business
  • A proven self starter who is tenacious, motivated and driven to deliver results
  • A great relationship builder and a brilliant team player
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to present confidently
  • A fast learner, who is commercially astute and confident with numbers (ideally with previous P&L management experience)
  • Strong analytical skills, confident manipulating data in excel
  • Able to work independently, prioritise effectively and manage time and workload efficiently
