Visualise your desired future: Picture yourself in your ideal role. What does it look like? What challenges excite you? Being specific will help you create a clear vision.

Prioritise your goals: Identify the goals that will have the most significant impact on your career progression and personal fulfilment. Focus on a few key objectives rather than spreading yourself too thin.

Make your goals SMART: Ensure your goals are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound. This will enable you to track your progress effectively.

Identify Skill Gaps and Development Opportunities: To achieve your long-term career aspirations, it’s crucial to identify any skill gaps and proactively seek opportunities for growth. If you’re standing still, you’re not growing!
