The role:

  • Focus on unlocking new strategic distribution on draught and packaged across your territory.
  • Responsible for multiple channels with a focus on the On-Trade
  • Working with your customer base and wholesaler network ensuring we have a big presence at the on-brand customer events on your territory
  • Strong mixture of unlocking/winning new business whilst also inheriting an existing customer base across the company’s key accounts
  • Responsible for working with the Trade Marketing Manager to ensure your key accounts are well executed and delivering a strong rate of sale
  • Building a strong network is crucial in becoming an ambassador for the brand and influencing growth
  • Reporting to the Head of Sales will give you strong exposure to key JBP’s and important account maintenance.

 

Ideal candidate:

  • Preferably Alcoholic drinks sales experience
  • Knowledge/Understanding of the on-trade market
  • Outgoing – you love spending time in pubs and hanging out with bar teams
  • Adventurous – you’re creative and do things differently to the way they’ve always been done
  • Thirsty – driven to make things successful and continually learning to improve
  • Engaging – you can galvanise a group of people by your confidence and passion.
