Our client:

  • Based in West London, this client has a track record of successfully launching and growing FMCG brands in the UK market
  • They are now launching a fun and bright brand to change the landscape of the food industry yet again, that has already received an overwhelming response since launching earlier this year
  • They are now looking for a Channel Manager to take the concept to UK out-of-home customers

 

The role:

  • The Channel Manager will launch and develop a breakthrough healthy snacking concept into the UK market
  • Using your knowledge of the UK market, you’ll write, validate & implement a growth plan and strategy
  • You will inspire the trade at first contact and subsequently build long term, sustainable relationships
  • This opportunity will give you an experience close to running your own business and could unlock fantastic progression opportunities beyond

 

Ideal candidate:

  • We’re looking for an experienced and pro-active self-starter with sales experience in an SME environment who’s looking to take on the responsibility and challenge of establishing a new brand in a highly competitive market
  • The right candidate will be positive, hard-working, ambitious, flexible, an excellent communicator to multiple stakeholders and personalities
  • You will be able to work at pace, with ability to flip between a strategic & operational mindset
  • Successful candidates for this Channel Manager role will come with a track-record of success within Food & Drink account management ideally with experience across Foodservice, High St and other Out-of-home customers
  • Healthy food exposure and interest in health & wellbeing would be an advantage and build credibility both internally and with the trade
  • You’ll demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit, agility & adaptability and a ‘can do’ attitude is a must
