Our client:

  • Extremely successful, market leading FMCG and retail brand, with £multi billion turnover
  • Customers first choice in the sector they operate within and constantly innovating and evolving the product range and customer proposition.
  • They are launching their highly successful brand into Europe and are looking Commercial Marketing Manager FTC to focus on defining, launching and managing the country specific commercial proposition partners which is focused on the travel, leisure and contract catering sector.

 

The role:

  • As Commercial Marketing Manager FTC you will drive the growth agenda for the European countries you are responsible for ensuring this aligned to the global corporate strategy
  • Working closely with 3rd party distributors in each country the commercial marketing manager will be the central coordinator developing and implementing the local solution.
  • The Commercial Marketing Manager FTC will work with the regional team to localize global marketing materials specifically around shopper marketing, seasonal campaigns and sell in tool kits

 

Ideal candidate:

  • This role is ideal for a commercial marketing individual who has a wealth of European shopper marketing experience and has ideally worked with 3rd party distributors.
  • It is essential to be able to demonstrate commercial and strategic commercial acumen and be comfortable with business case modelling and commercial analysis.
  • Ideally as Commercial marketing manager you will have developed country specific marketing tool kits
  • You will be a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and have the ability to operate with ambiguity
