CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Home based

Up to £40k plus strong package

The role:

  • Customer Development Manager covering the whole of England
  • Responsible for driving the commercial agenda and continuing the impressive growth rate
  • Account management of a portfolio of major customer accounts
  • Sourcing and developing new customers and business opportunities
  • Reporting into a highly experienced sector expert Head of Sales

 

Ideal candidate:

  • Significant FMCG experience within B2B sales, MUST BE WITHIN BAKERY INGREDIENTS
  • Must have solid technical understanding of mixes and blends
  • Demonstrated success at Customer Development Manager or equivalent level
  • Can deliver proactivity, accountability and solid commercial acumen
  • This Customer Development Manager role requires exceptional internal and external relationship building skills
  • Numerate and analytical with demonstrable Excel ability and experience with CRM systems
  • Negotiation and contract constructing experience
