  • As Customer Technical Account Manager you would be the point of contact within this business for one of their current customers, making you a highly responsible and key member of a highly respected business

 

The role:

  • As Customer Technical Account Manager, you would be in charge of overseeing all major projects for your designated customer and be a contact within the business who communicates the customers desires moving forward (e.g. packaging requirements, quality, technical, commercial)
  • The successful Customer Technical Account Manager would be able to provide on hand expertise to retail customers across all matters making it ideal for someone who can operate across many functions and network effectively
  • You will pro-actively facilitate all customer requirements to ensure high quality service and produce is delivered effectively and in line with all technical necessities, with an occasional weekend requirement of working 1 day a month.
  • The Customer Technical Account Manager will be responsible for all customer site visits ensuring that the appropriate steps are taken to deliver a high-quality service to retail partners
