The role:

  • eCommerce Manager to hold ownership of the eCommerce Sales & Marketing Plan and continue to develop the brand
  • Analyse and report key customer engagement and behaviour metrics including affiliate marketing
  • Ensure full website accuracy and optimisation, and liaise with external agencies on further performance marketing projects
  • Own and develop online communication strategies
  • Work closely with the Digital Content Manager and Operations team to ensure optimum website user experience and make recommendations for improvements


Ideal candidate:

  • eCommerce Manager / Executive with 2+ years’ experience in eCommerce ideally working for an FMCG manufacturer
  • Experience with Magento software desirable
  • Excellent understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing best practice
  • A growth mindset – this eCommerce Manager must be comfortable working in a fast-growing, agile and high-paced team
  • Proficient in Web Analytics tools and Microsoft Office suite
  • Resilient with strong project management skills
  • Creative and able to problem solve effectively
