The role:

  • We are looking for a Global Brand Experience Manager to support bringing the well-loved brand to consumers globally.
  • This unique opportunity to join the Brand Experience function, orchestrating end-to-end consumer-focused communications and packaging design.
  • Reporting to the Global Brand Experience Director, you will collaborate closely with Brand Management and global teams.
  • Your core purpose is to assist in delivering enduring and impactful creative that resonates with consumers, driving distinctive and memorable campaigns with a strong commercial focus on KPIs, reporting, and optimisations.
  • You will be part of a talented team to deliver an orchestrated consumer journey and provide vision on marketing through a communication experience lens. Drive remarkable ideas through across proven levers, while pushing to test and explore for the future.

 

Ideal candidate:

  • Experience wise, we’d expect c3-4 years Comms experience
  • This could be in a similar Marketing position; or within a Creative Agency within media strategy / planning, with a track record of executional brilliance orientated around the Consumer sectors.
  • We are looking for someone who understands insights and can translate that into brand building work.
  • This individual should have a deep understanding of trends and culture, with a curiosity about the evolving media landscape and the best approaches to navigate it. Ideally, they should also have a love for food and the connections it fosters with family and friends.
  • Maintain a consumer-first mindset, continuously learning about consumers, their behaviors, consumption patterns, and emerging cultural trends.

  • Salary range from c£50-56k (role & rewards dependent of experience)
