International Sales Manager – Branded non-food consumer goods

  • Well established across a number of retail channels
  • Looking to grow further across international markets through retailers & distributors

 

The role:

  • Full responsibility for international markets in line with the strategic plan of the company
  • Mix of managing existing channels and driving new international business through a mix of direct to retail and distributors
  • Regions will include – North America, Australia, Europe & Middle East
  • Looking at brand and product placement in key international retail partners
  • Managing the overall strategy for the business to grow the international markets in line with company vision
  • Role will be home-based with regular travel (following all Covid guidance)

 

Ideal candidate:

  • Experience within a branded non-food consumer goods product category. Ideally housewares, home furnishings but other non-food categories will be considered
  • Candidates must have previous export/international sales experience ideally selling to a mix of retail and distributors
  • Can demonstrate a track record of growing & developing new international markets across Europe, America and/or the Middle East
  • Must be a great ambassador for the brand & ability to develop an international plan working with a recognised brand
  • Must be a great communicator, ability to build strong relationships & with good analytical skills
  • Speaking other languages would be beneficial
  • Happy to travel when required
