  • Strong track record of developing talent and progressing people through the organisation, which has resulted in this exciting Marketing Manager role where you will be responsible for their hero brand and delivery of brand strategy.
  • They have been on a journey to utilize category and insight and lead the way on insight led marketing, acting at pace like a true FMCG Business. Not losing sight of the passion of their brand but maintaining a competitive edge.


The role:

  • We are looking for a Marketing Manager to take responsibility for their biggest brand.
  • You will take full ownership of a £multi-million P&L and be responsible for deciding how its spent
  • To collaborate with Category, Insight, R&D and International teams to develop successful brand and innovation plans for the UK Market – the biggest in the global organisation
  • You would be exposed to the global SLT and be responsible for communicating the strategy of their largest brand.
  • Is to focus solely on the success of the brand but will have opportunities to progress into a larger leadership role.


Ideal candidate:

  • You will be a classically trained Senior Brand Manager or Marketing Manager with FMCG experience
  • Have experience managing BIG brand with a full marketing mix
  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen with experience managing marketing P&L and delivering successful ROI
  • Be able to successfully utilise data sources to develop insight led campaigns and innovation – they buy LOTS of data
  • Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills and have the ability to manage matrix teams

  • Office based but high amount of flexibility to WFH 2-3 days p/week for the right candidate
