REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – NORTH 

Home based North England – Accessible from Yorkshire / Cheshire / Lancashire / Staffordshire / Shropshire / North Wales  

Up to £50k plus exceptional package

The role:

  • Regional Sales Manager covering the North territory and leading a team of 3 Territory Managers
  • In charge of leading and developing a strong commercial team
  • Account management of a portfolio of major customer accounts
  • Sourcing and developing new customers and business opportunities
  • Reporting into the Commercial Director, who has a big focus on continuing to build an open and collaborative culture

 

Ideal candidate:

  • Significant FMCG experience within B2B sales, preferably ingredients
  • Experience of team management, ideally at Regional Sales Manager level
  • Demonstrates proactivity, accountability and solid commercial acumen
  • This Regional Sales Manager role requires exceptional internal and external relationship building skills
  • Numerate and analytical with demonstrable Excel ability and experience with CRM systems
  • Negotiation and contract constructing experience
