  • This Senior National Account Manager role offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in developing retailer brand partnerships and enhancing their brand presence in the UK.

The role:

  • We are seeking a Senior National Account Manager to manage a portfolio of leading grocery retailers.
  • Initially, your portfolio will include Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, and Co-op, where you will lead interactions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Building on a solid foundation and existing relationships, they are looking for a dynamic SNAM to drive the growth of their private label offerings and develop their branded propositions.
  • Supported by a Country Manager, along with Marketing, Innovation, and Supply Chain teams, you will have a robust support system to strategically enhance these customer relationships.

Ideal candidate:

  • You are a proven National Account Manager with a successful track record of selling to major UK grocers.
  • Experience with a Private Label Food or Drink supplier is ideal, as they have a strong private label offering.
  • Additionally, experience with branded products, whether in a large blue-chip company or a challenger brand environment (SME), would be beneficial as they focus on expanding their brand footprint in the UK.
  • You possess a can-do attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit, with a history of identifying and seizing growth opportunities.
  • You are naturally able to hit the ground running, thrive with responsibility and independence, act swiftly, and also dive into tasks with enthusiasm.
