In my personal 14 years of professional experience and numerous encounters with recruiters, it has been rare to encounter a recruiter like Faz Elahi, this due to his:
  1. His personal and human approach.
  2. Very involved from beginning to end in a timely manner.
  3. Knowledge of the company/business, sharing of critical insights that helped along the process.
  4. Support and sharing of tools for each interview step, availability for support and review of interview preparations and giving feedback/asking how I felt after each interview.
  5. It felt like a promoter of my professional profile, skills set and personality every step of the way, supporting, encouraging and fighting for me along the process vs. a traditional recruiter that only passes along things and asks standard questions/gives standard feedback in a generally de-attached way.
